Do/Don't Essay

Let me tell you the best-secret about playing football in my world. It's plain, simple easy work. Three hardest things about football you got to learned are 1- Thinking and making decisions quick, under pressure, 2- Speed or power to your advantage to create and make plays, and 3- Don't be afraid of anything if it's hitting, catching, running and being the star. Having good sportsmanship is good as well it's  in the top 5 of the secrets to football.

I don't  want anybody to believe football is easy because it's not. It may be if you have size or skills to add to your good looking football body.

Do: Eat whatever you want but work your tail off to boom it off. Usually, athletes say eat healthy and stay hydrated I agree with it all. Healthy eating is good for athletes who want the easy way to work. But eating whatever you want is good as well just more work for you. Junk food means less snooze for you but staying hydrated is really important.

Don't: Hardly working out and keeping bad habits. If you hardly ever work out it ain't going to be that easy for you. Not running at least a mile and a half each day won't go good and help you at times. Staying on the video games ain't going to cut the football secret out the cuts. You could steal some moves from the games but can't stay on them all day every all. If you don't work out at least three times per week then you going to get beat out there.

Do: Sleep is going to help a lot with every work out and energy wise. At least 8-10 hours of sleep with improve your vision of things and your growth spurt. Try to sleep early to wake up early for the fun of getting fit. Sleeping in the cold prepares you for the cold games and the football weather that hits. I say sleep is one of the three important fords of the secret to football. If sleep ain't working try early naps that would help you even more.

Don't: Don't cheat yourself during the climax, power run. Always remember you cheating yourself and teammates. Going half ass is not the precise way of going with being dedicated to your team, family, and more importantly yourself. Faking your way out of trying to catch your breathe will hurt a ton during games. Skipping trails won't help either and missing practice too.

Do:  Be dedicated to your school work, working out, staying fit. The way I do things to push myself is  have a motto to follow. Mine is "One More" which means don't short yourself out compete till the whistle. School is where your football career holds everywhere you want go. If school is good then football is just like homework but homework that will take places. Keeping the rust off bus will bring great success in your favorite position. Always work and remember there's someone out there who's better then. Do what others won't do today, and do things they can't tomorrow.

Don't: Never be cocky, arrogant during any situation in the season. Be blessed to play even start the front seven line of the team. Don't be shady about helping others who need assistant about how a play goes or spotting during the lift session.

I really like this post because I used to play football so I understand the logic of everything your saying. I really liked the one where you said to eat whatever you want and to just work hard. I used to eat a lot of food and work my butt off to stay fit. I think one you could add to your list is to always have faith in yourself and your team!

Sia I like how informative you are and how you you say all this information because you took it from experiences. I liked how you said you need to have eight to ten hours of sleep and work out. It was like I was reading this from a brochure or something. I liked how you said not to be cocky and have an attitude with your team and your coach.

Sia, I like your essay. I think it is good because it's something you're really good at. I like the part when you said don't' cheat yourself. I agree, if you cheat yourself it is a waste and you might as well not even try.

I like all your don't because it will all change over time and you might not have a chance to say anything. People always give up and think that there the top of everyone. Then when they get angry they will soon be discombobulated because they don't know what they did. It's also funny because then they say that there going to change and their still the same person.

I agree with you, on saying it doesn't depend on your size. Ive known kids that have been one of the smallest kids in the school. And he made the football team, and was a great asset.

I love this blog, I agree with you 100% when you said it doesn't depend on you're size if you can play football or not. I've met some pretty small kids who are amazing football players. You sound so positive when you talk about football especially when you were saying just have fun with it, that's the best thing you can do.
