Goals

Over the past year I have bean saying that I am going to run and get fit but I am always other to busy or just to lazy. So I have set up five goals for myself to get fit. If I accomplish these goals than I will have gotten fit. Then I will get bothered less.

#1:Run every day.
I say I am going to run but I never do. I need to be able to run a mile with out stoping. And if I can't run that fast how am I going to run from the law. Just kidding. But it will come in handy.

#2: Bench at least 195 pounds a day.
The more I can lift the less I get punked. It's not I get pushed around a lot now but it would be nice not to be pushed around at all. The more I bench the bigger my arms get. The bigger my arms get the happier I am.

#3:Get up to at least 60 pushups.
I can't do very many push ups and I would like to do more. The more I can do the stronger it will make me feel. The stronger I feel the more pushups I do. The more pushups I do the stronger I get.

#4:Eat healthy.
If I eat healthy than I will have more stamina. The more stamina I have the longer I will be able to work out. The longer I work out the stronger I get. The stronger I get the better.

#5:Be able to squat at least 195 pounds.

The more I can squat the longer I can run. The longer I can run the longer others have to run to ketch me. The longer I get chased the longer I run. The longer I run the faster I get.

These goals are really good. I like how you set it up so you have a little exercise regimen. I can incorporate this into my life because since I quit smoking I haven't quite recovered it so thanks for writing this and I hope people stop bullying you

hey man i think its cool how fitness seems to be a big part of your life it is for me to thank for your insights on new workouts ill try them someday maybe when i get tired of my routine haha good job though man.
