Do/Don't Essay


Let me tell you the best about therapy it's not bad. The most difficult thing I did in therapy was talk about my personal life, anger towards people, and how I feel emotionally.Therapy isn' just for those creepy guys you see on Dateline NBC. Therapy is for normal people as well.

DO: Try to not hold in those emotions you have towards the world, remember these therapist are paid good money to talk to you about problems you have. If you happen to have a cool therapist that's really friendly take the chance to work with him or her.

DON'T: Try to get out your chair,rant,rebel against your therapist, and finally say you don't need therapy because it is for crazy people, You never know you might have to work with that sophisticated college man that thinks your some kind of billow browed laboratory link that he can fix with his big words and lousy ego. Not work with your therapist and threaten to kill yourself over having to take therapy, unless you want to land yourself that cozy room at the asylum every one is raving about at school.

I like your don't it's really funny and it's true. Therapy is boring and it sucks but if you try to make the best of it then it's not so bad. Just do what you have to do so that you can get out of the system and go home.

Therapy is good it helps so much. It had help me get out of my depression. One more Do is to trust your therapist cuz they won't tell any one elets if they do they will get fired. Therapy can help nomale poeple too. Try it some time it does help.
