Best childhood movies

When I was younger I never really had a childhood of kids movies. When I was with either of my parents they would watch R rated movies. When I was younger I was so used to these movies I did not know any better and that there were movies meant just for kids. I mean every once in a while there were Disney movies that my dad or mom would turn on but that was extremely rare and I would wonder what the heck I was watching. So whenever they turned these movies on I would sit for like 5 minutes then walk away.

There are plenty genres of movies. There's so stupid you wonder why you are watching it like insidious. There's the ones there so stupid they're funny like this is the end. There's horror like Halloween. There's part educational and part bull crap like 300. There's action like the Bourne series.

The reason I'm telling you about kid movies is because I did not star watching them till I was older. I still have not ever seen Pocahontas, Mulan, the little mermaid, and a bunch more. I did not see finding nemo until I was thirteen. I did not see the first monsters inc until this year when I found out there was a second one coming out.

Finding Nemo- there is this clown fish that takes his son to school then the teacher takes all the student fish to the reef. Once the dad finds out where they are going he gets mad finds the teacher and his son. After he finds them his son goes to touch a boat  then is captured by a diver and taken to a fish tank at a dental office. So the dad goes on this long mission to find his son. During the mission he runs into a very annoying fish.

Despicable me- there is this "evil scientist" who try's to shrink the moon and steal it. However he has to fight this other evil scientist ,who stole one of the pyramids from Egypt, for the shrink ray that he will use to shrink the moon. He adopts these little girls. But after he adopts the little girls he kind of uses them by having them sell cookies to the other evil scientist. After they sell the cookies to the other evil scientist the cookies in the box are not regular cookies they are robot cookies that Gru uses to break into the other scientists house to get the shrink ray. Then the girls are taken from Gru.

Monsters inc- there are these monsters who scare kids for a living. However the monsters are highly afraid of the children. The monsters use the screams to power their city. One day a little girl got loose from her door then ran into the scariest monster "Sully" and his friend "Mike". Mike and Sully relize that the kids really are not that bad. They protect this girl from her scarer "Randall". Then they get caught with her and are kicked off the team.

Monsters university- this tells you how Mike and Sully met and all the fun they had in college. Mike and Sully created this team for the annual scare games. When they do this Sully cheats for mike because he is not scary.

The Sandlot- smalls moves to a new neighbor hood with his mom and stepdad and he wants to learn to play baseball. He meets the local neighborhood baseball team and they teach him to play ball. Then they get into a little predicament where smalls steals his stepdads baseball signed by Babe Ruth. Then they hit it over the fence with a giant dog.

I really like the sandlot because I can relate to it in so many ways. Like when I was a kid I played baseball with my buddies all the time in a local park. If you liked the sand lot I recommend you watch "42" it's about jacky Robinson a famouse baseball player.

Monsters Inc was one of my childhood movies. Growing up I can remember watching this movie with my brothers and sisters. It's a funny to see monsters afraid of a little girl.

Aww, Ian. I felt bad for you because you told me how you never had the chance to watch children's movies as you were growing up. These movies you listed are super cute and I've watched them plenty of times. What I want to do is buy you a lot of kids movies for Christmas. :)

The movie I like best was Dispicable me. I liked it because it was funny. My favorite charicter was Dr. Lafario because he follows Gru's orders
