Doing what I can to stay calm, trying to stop myself from closing my palm. I've got anger problems, and it hasn't helped me much. Trying to realize how much I have messed up.

I can relate to this memoir because I always feel angry. I never show it because I hate people trying to help when they don't know how. It's not always easy do realize what you've done wrong and how you messed up but eventually you will figure it out and you will make things right.
I've had a lot of anger problems before I came into the system. I had so much pain and sorrow. Now I've been in the system for a year and a half now so my anger significantly cooled, but I go through so much trials at school . They test my anger but I won't let them because I'm the one in control of my emotions , not them . So I like your post because I realized we go through the same thing but I go and persevere and try my hardest to control it. Thank you for your post.
This memoir hit me really hard! I can't say I know what your going through, but I can say I know how you feel. I've been through some hard times in my life, but I got way to much on my mental, I learn from what I've been through. Keep your head up!
The biggest mistakes or mess ups are going to be your greatest learning experience. They can teach you so much. They could teach you how to handle situations, weather you need fire or water, to fix it. You know it has taken me years and even to this day I'm still struggling on myself, I have been working on it since I've had my daughter and it's like you can never feel perfect about your self you just have to accept your self for who you are and love what you've done or learn from it. It's a long procces however, it can be so much better if you do
This is amazing, I take that your trying to change and even though sometimes you don't want to admit that you've messed up you come to realize that everyone makes mistakes. Mistakes help you learn and grow and once you've come to realize that you've made them you move on with your life and you become more happy. Once you do that you can live on and be free from all your misery and doubt.
I feel like I can relate to this because I myself have anger issues & it hasn't helped me much either. Being in the system ain't easy either. I've only got 3 months in foster care, almost 4 and everyday seems to get harder and harder. But I like to take everything as a test cause theres times I tend to lose my balance & try to stay calm. But I always take a step back & take a good look at myself & everything I've gone through & I get back up & tell myself, win is my only option.
I hear what your saying Aron. Life gets hard, people try to make you mad, and being away from family makes you realize what you had. It also gives you something that motivates you. When your struggling to do what is right, you think of what you family would want you to do. How disappointed they might be if you just gave up the fight. So ya, keep pushing forward and you are doing great!
