We were all having a good time, steady mobbin' down the streets of Salt Lake in a Lexus IS300! Feeling good, being together, just having a good time. But that all changed as we saw the red and blue lights flashing in the rear view mirror. My favorite mistake has to be the night I got my DUI charge.
I remember getting pulled out of the car by one of the officers and going through all the sobriety tests. Next thing I know is I'm being put in handcuffs and in the back of the patrol car as my car was being searched. I can remember how awful I felt knowing that my girlfriend and all my homies had to watch me get put into the car and get transported away.
The night of my biggest mistake started out with me, my girlfriend, and a couple of the homies kicking it at my brothers house. We were just listening to music and playing Battlefield 3 on the PS3, when I got the call that decided my fate. It was one of my best friends and he said he had a grip of money, and that we should go party it up in Salt Lake. Knowing me, of course I was down, I loved partying! I hung up the phone, grabbed my keys, and we were off.
Once I picked up my friend we drove to buy some liquor and a bag of weed. I'm very against drinking and driving, so while all of my homies were in the back drinking, I was in the front, puffin the pipe and listening to A$AP Rocky. It was actually a very fun night. It was about 3 A.M. And we were on our way home,we were almost there, in Highland. That's when we saw the flashing lights, and that's when I knew the night was over.
So I've been locked up since May 20th, and what I've learned since getting locked up is that having one night to do whatever I want isn't worth spending up to nine months in Procter care and other facilities! I will never make that mistake again, even though it was my favorite mistake!

I liked how you described the night you got the charge. You was very intuitive and how you described your feelings. You leared a lesson about driving while under the influence . I thought you was gonna get pulled over earlier but you actually came pretty close. I can relate to this because I kinda had a similar situation I I have a hint of what you were feeling. So lesson learned , hope you remember it.
I like this a lot, because I had a similar experience like yours except it was a stolen car and I didn't stop when the cops tried to pull me over, and I got away. Since then I have been doing illegal things thinking I ain't gonna get caught until one day I was walking and gang unit stopped me and took me into D.T. because they found out I ran from the cops in a car. I am kinda happy I have made stupid ass mistakes because I have leaned from then and now know what not to do.
I like this "favorite mistake" because you had one night that was fun in the beginning and then it turned out to be crappy. It's a good thing you learned from it. Most people don't learn from that kind of mistake. Some people continue doing it and don't stop. So they never learn from it and is always getting caught. So it's good u learned from it.
Krispy. Your a cool cat. I respect you because your a cool cat. Did you know that your a cool cat? And I'm thinking you could really use some skills for your cool catness. Know what I'm sizzling? keep your head up and don't do drugs.
I know that feeling. It's hard getting put into care and honestly if you think about if after it is way worth it. You learn big lessons in care that you probably wouldn't have learned had you not got put in to care. It's a great learning experience. It's good that you learned from your mistakes.
Wow that night sounded like a horrible night! Why didn't you hit a homie up?!?! Haha just playing. I didn't know you did all that kind of stuff. When i met you in O&A I thought you were just some white kid that liked to ride bikes. But know that I read your story I noticed that you made some pretty messed up choices and your taking it like a man and still keeping your head up.
