Nope. If its truely lost it's gone forever sorry. You don't loose something and than find it. It was just currently not where you assumed. So I guess you won't ever find love again, ever.
Love can never be lost. I'm pretty sure you haven't found love yet, nothing personal. You got your whole life ahead of you, your only a kid. Besides, you still have your family's love, and thats the only love you need anyways. (:
